We couldn’t be more pleased with our entire experience with Debrett Fires in Colwyn Bay. From the very first visit to the showroom through to the final installation, the journey was absolutely first‑class.
The sales team were friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. They took the time to understand exactly what we wanted, explained all the options clearly, and helped us choose the perfect fire for our home. Communication throughout was excellent — we were kept fully informed at every stage, which made the whole process completely stress‑free.
The installation itself deserves special mention.
We had just decorated our lounge, including new carpet and wallpaper on the same wall as the fireplace, and we were understandably nervous. We needn’t have worried at all. The installers were incredibly professional, careful, and very, very tidy. When they finished, it genuinely looked as though the fire had always been there — no mess, no damage, just a flawless result.
The after‑sales service has been just as impressive as the pre‑sales and installation. Great value for money, excellent workmanship, and a team who clearly take pride in what they do.
Most importantly, we absolutely love the new room — it’s transformed the space, and it’s a joy to relax in such a warm, cosy lounge.

We got a fire from Debrett fires for our place in Conwy and we love it. We got a gas stove and it's beautiful and fits our space perfectly. The whole process with Debrett was basically seemless. They did the hearth too and inserted the liner, including a slight repair to the chimney. Honestly couldn't recommend them highly enough. The gas engineer did a fantastic job and they were helpful and professional throughout, including taking care to protect our furniture and floor from anything that might come out of the chimney during the process. Thank you!

Very well family organised local business whom were all very polite with Francesca who did all the gas pipe work ,Steph in the shop who made us very welcome from the moment we stepped in the showroom with our little did LUCY whom has a wealth of knowledge about there products, to Karl and Joe who came to install the fire and Chris who came to fit cap on chimney top would highly recommend to anyone TEN OUT OF TEN.
