This 400ml aerosol Stovax thermolac paint is a high temperature paint for stoves or fireplaces offering an Matt Black finish. One tin is normally enough to fully re-spray a 5-6kW stove, larger stoves will require two tins.
Paint fades over time, the paint of your stove will bake into the body more and more and will fade in time. We would suggest painting or touching up your stove using Stovax thermolac every 3-5years depending upon usage. When you re-spray your stove make sure it is in a well ventilated room (outside is preferable). You will notice a dramatic difference straight away.
Warranty – All stoves come with a minimum warranty of 1year, many have longer. Painting your stove during the warranty period does will not invalidate your guarantee, but beware if you order replacement parts they will come in the standard manufactures paint and may not match.
