Valiant Premium 4 Stove Fan Product Description
The new stove fan packs a mighty punch; don’t be deceived by its diminutive size, sitting at just 199mm high, our Premium stove fan operates at a lower temperature and really blows hot air – FACT.
Our latest, innovative Premium stove fan features a uniquely engineered design that boasts an advanced radiating fin to generate maximum airflow, with up to 70% more air flow than competitor products. Designed to start at a temperature as low as 50°C, the fan requires no batteries or external power. Heat is conducted though the base of the fan and converted to electricity which powers the fan motor. With a durable, hard wearing black anodised finish, the fan automatically slows and stops as the heat from the stove reduces.
Valiant Premium 4 stove fan is perfect for all stoves with a flat top and for convector type twin skinned and topped stoves.
All Valiant heat powered stove fans are ideal for use on wood burning stoves in homes, narrowboats, mobile homes and can also be used on kitchen ranges and hobs in contemporary and traditional environments. Valiant offers 3 different heat powered fans, simply choose the model to suit your budget and style.

Some reviews for Valiant Premium 4 Stove Fan from our Amazon customers.
Had been researching stove fans for a while, but didn’t jump at buying until I could find one that would fit our stove. This is very compact, and possibly one of the smallest (according to Valiant) on the market right now. Out of the box, there is nothing to set up, just pop it on the stove, and within a few minutes, it will start to spin. If you have not yet got one, I would suggest getting a stove thermometer. The fan itself is not totally quiet, you will hear a whirring noise, especially as it speeds up, but its not annoying. There is a bi-metal device on the bottom to prevent it from overheating, should the surface temperature get too hot. It works by literally lifting the fan up off the hot surface, but I would remove it if the safety device cuts in. Does it work? I think it does. At first, we thought its not pushing out much heat, but it works on movement of air – convection, rather than a force blow like a fan heater. The stove might appear cooler, but the room is definitely warmer, I would say by up to 30% more. For us, that is a huge difference. The optimum effect is reached around 200 – 250 degrees C, but it works at much lower temps. The unit is fairly robust, the fan is well made, if anything the unit could be a little on the light side, but its so compact, this will fit on any stove. Its also something of a talking point, as its a mystery to some how it works. With no batteries! 2 year warranty, which is good, and I think, we’ll be putting less wood on the stove, and that’s what really matters.
Valiant Premium 4 stove fan fantastic !
A fantastic and very efficient little workhorse! This fan does not have as much height as my other fan and sits easily at the back of my stove which is recessed into a fireplace void . My other fan which I love is too tall to use effectively on this fire so purchased this 4 blade Valiant which is lightweight but strong and it works a treat distributing heat evenly around the room.We are not using our central heating and its -1c outside today. We have 2 multi fuel stoves in the house and most often mix wood and coal briquette to great effect. The Dunsley Yorkshire heats our hot water and also distributes to CH radiators so although it has a high KW output it directs a lot of this to produce the hot water. We find that this little fan distributes a large volume of warm air throughout the room which has a large area of window albeit double glazed. The best bit about this heat is that about 1/2 hour before we go up to bed we leave the doors to hall and bedroom open and this warm air travels out and upstairs without any noticeable temperature loss in lounge.A GREAT INVESTMENT! I was able to position this fan within the 9″ clearance I had at the back of the recess. Fan height is less than 8″.
Excellent piece of kit – valiant premium 4 stove fan.
Valiant premium 4 stove fan. We have a multifuel stove in our large (7m x 7m) living room. The stove is rather stupidly built into a fireplace so much of the heat was going right up the chimney. Our house is comparatively modern and reasonably well insulated but when it’s below freezing outside, the stove was having great difficulty getting the whole room up to a comfortable temperature quickly without us having the central heating on. This was exacerbated by the fact that we kept the door ajar to allow our cats to come and go. I bought the fan as an early family Christmas present in mid-December. I was a little skeptical about whether it would work as advertised, after all it’s a comparatively small fan and it doesn’t exactly blow a gale but the difference has been enormous. After about an hour it’s almost uncomfortably warm in the living room and we need to take off our sweaters and open the doors to let some cooler air in. I would heartily recommend the product and it arrived promptly
